Some of the recent deals Lawyer Long has participated in include:

• Advising and completing procedures for the approval of the detailed planning of the West Thang Long Eco-resort Urban Area in Phuc Tho, Hanoi, covering 140ha;
• Advising and completing investment procedures for the “Hung Phu Urban Housing Area” project, covering 10ha in Hung Hoa Town, Tam Nong District, Phu Tho Province, with Quoc Huy Co., Ltd. as the investor;
• Participating in negotiating and promoting investment cooperation for the “Hung Phu Urban Housing Area” project between Quoc Huy Co. and Huy Phat Co.;
• Negotiating and drafting the cooperation contract for an investment project “Apartment Complex for a major newspaper in Linh Dam area between a State-owned corporation and a major newspaper in Hanoi;
• Advising and resolving disputes, complaints, and lawsuits at real estate projects such as West Thien Minh, Binh Doan 12 in Dai Mo Commune, Tu Liem, Tan Tay Do Apartment complex by Xuan Phuong Co. in Dan Phuong, Hanoi, PetroVietnam Landmark project by PetroVietnam Real Estate Co., Lafontana project in Dai Mo, Tu Liem, Gia Tue Co…;
• Legal advisory and support for listing securities on the Hanoi Stock Exchange for a company in the paint and building materials sector;
• Advising and completing merger procedures for three media companies in Hanoi and later transferring them to a media group from Hong Kong, worth USD 12 million;
• Advising and resolving disputes related to a bond guarantee contract between a financial investment company and a commercial bank in northern Vietnam, with a guarantee value of VND 100 billion;
• Providing legal support for two Korean investors in the construction sector in obtaining investment licenses and establishing a foreign company in Vietnam with an investment capital of USD 10 million;
• Contract consulting, reviewing, and completing legal procedures for the development of a project and selling 300 apartments in Hanoi for a state-owned corporation. Advising and completing the legal procedures for obtaining land use rights certificates for a real estate developer in Ha Dong District with 200 attached houses and villas;
• Completing merger procedures for two mechanical companies in Hanoi and Hung Yen, with a merger value of USD 6 million;
• Defending defendants in the case of a billion-dollar gambling organization in Phu Tho;
• Representing victims in a fraud case at Thanh Ha – Cienco5 project;
• Representing the plaintiff at Hanoi People’s Court in a lawsuit concerning service consulting fees of USD 14 million related to the Ho Chi Minh Road Project.
