Before joining Vietlink, Mr. Phuong held several important positions at the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement – Ministry of Justice. He was appointed as Senior Specialist, Director – Head of the Data Center, Civil Judgment Enforcement Information and Statistics. He has extensive experience in directing and providing guidance on civil judgment enforcement operations.
